one creator produced all of it. no briefing five freelancers.

— if this sounds familiar

still trying to hire a social media content creator — and it isn't working?

you posted the role. you got two hundred applications and interviewed nine. the good ones wanted more than the budget, the affordable ones could edit but not think, and the one you hired left in month five. meanwhile the feed has been quiet since january.

01

the showreel isn't theirs

half the portfolios you shortlist were made by a team. you find out in week two.

02

one skill, not four

a strong editor who can't design. a designer who can't cut. you end up hiring twice.

03

nobody brings ideas

they wait for a brief. so you're still the one deciding what gets posted every week.

04

the salary is only the start

visa, desk, kit and software on top — before a single post ships. then someone has to manage them.

05

then they resign

and the brand knowledge walks out with them. you restart the whole process.

06

no cover, ever

annual leave, sick days, notice period. one person means output simply stops.

07

freelancer roulette instead

an editor here, a designer there. now you're the project manager on top of your actual job.

08

or an agency retainer

split across eleven other accounts. nobody there knows your brand the way a hire would.

09

meanwhile, nothing ships

six months of interviewing is six months your competitors spent posting.

what if you could skip the hiring and just get the creator?

already vetted. already covering video, design, motion and copy. assigned to your brand only, with a senior lead behind them and a named backup for the weeks they're away.

— one person, six skills

one dedicated creator. everything the feed needs.

not an editor waiting for instructions. someone who brings concepts to the call and leaves with the work.

VID

video editing

reels, shorts, talking-head cuts, walkthroughs and promos. hooks tightened, captions burned in, sound designed.

IDEA

content ideas

concepts, reel angles, campaign hooks and category-specific ideas — brought to you, not requested from you.

scripts + hooks

first lines that hold, scripts that land the point, captions and a call to action that asks for one thing.

FEED

ongoing production

a steady output built around your calendar rather than a burst of work and then silence.

— the difference

more than an editor. more than a designer.

an editor hands back what you briefed. a creator tells you the hook is weak, suggests a better opening, and shoots the extra shot you forgot to ask for.

that difference is the whole reason to hire a person rather than buy a task. they learn your brand voice, your customers' objections and what performed last month — and none of that transfers to a marketplace gig.

— dubai · abu dhabi · sharjah

built for businesses in dubai.

this market moves on instagram, linkedin and tiktok, and visibility here is a weekly obligation rather than a campaign. building an in-house creative function to meet it is a real project — recruitment, visa, desk, kit, and someone to manage the person once they arrive.

— building it in-house
  • a hiring round, then a notice period
  • visa, medical, contract admin
  • a desk, a machine, a software stack
  • somebody senior to direct the work
  • one skill set, and no cover when they're away
— hiring a dedicated remote creator
  • +one person, assigned only to your brand
  • +editing, design, motion and scripts in one hire
  • +working your hours, on your calendar
  • +a senior lead reviewing the work behind them
  • +cover when they're on leave, and room to scale
— pick your category

what your creator actually ships.

the disciplines are the same everywhere. the output is not — a property brand and a clinic need different formats, different proof and a different register.

— the pressure here

listings turn over weekly, and every agent is a brand.

buyers compare five walkthroughs in an evening, so the volume is relentless and it cannot sit on top of a sales role. a creator turns a phone walkthrough into a listing reel, a market note into a carousel, and an agent's opinion into recognition.

— the pressure here

the dish sells the table, and it expires in a day.

food content has a short shelf life and a fixed publishing window — before lunch, before dinner. one creator batches a month of dishes in a single session and cuts them to land at the hour people are deciding where to eat.

service is the product, and it needs people on camera.

a drone shot sells the city, not the property. the content that converts shows the room as a guest enters it, the staff who make the stay, and the specific detail people ask about before booking direct.

— the pressure here

patients choose a practitioner, not a premises.

this category is won on credibility rather than reach — a named practitioner explaining a treatment plainly, including downtime and who it is not for. compliance shapes the language, and a creator who knows the rules works faster inside them.

buyers are comparing specific units, not brands.

one unit per reel, filmed in a continuous walkaround with the price and condition on screen. cuts between angles read as concealment here, and the salesperson on camera shortens the first conversation considerably.

the transformation is the content, with consent.

process detail converts better than the finished result alone, and the practitioner named on camera keeps the following through a change of room. a creator handles the shooting rhythm around a fully booked column.

people buy the reasoning before the firm.

thought leadership is the whole channel here, and it works when a named person explains one thing plainly. a creator turns a recorded conversation into a month of forwardable content without the partner touching an edit.

— from call to first delivery

four steps. then it just runs.

01

tell us the brief

your category, your audience, what you are actually trying to move. one call, no deck.

02

meet your creator

we match on category and skill, then you meet them before anything is signed.

03

hand over the raw

footage, references, brand guidelines, logins — or nothing, and they shoot direction instead.

04

create, review, repeat

a standing weekly rhythm with a senior lead reviewing quality behind them.

— the three ways to get this done

freelancer, agency, or a person who's actually yours.

— how a month actually runs

a production system, not a task queue.

01
discover

brand, audience, category, competitors and the objections your customers actually raise.

02
ideate

a running bank of concepts, so a blank week never becomes a blank calendar.

03
script

hooks written first, then the structure that earns the rest of the watch time.

04
create

edit, design, animate. produced to your guidelines rather than to a house look.

05
refine

one revision round, senior review, and the notes fed back into the next batch.

06
deliver

publish-ready files in your drive, named and sized per platform.

— before you ask

questions we get every week.

what exactly is a dedicated content creator?
a creative who works only on your brand for an agreed number of hours a week. they sit in your calendar and your channels rather than taking your work as one job among many.
will they work only for my business?
yes. that is the whole point of the arrangement — assigned to you, not shared across a roster.
can one person really do video and design?
yes, and that is what we match for. every creator we place covers editing, graphic design and motion, with one of the three as their strongest discipline.
can they make instagram reels?
reels are the majority of what most of our creators produce — hook, cut, captions, sound, sized and named ready to post.
do they write scripts and bring ideas?
they do. a creator who only executes briefs is an editor, and you can hire one of those anywhere. ideas and scripts are included.
do i have to provide the footage?
not necessarily. raw footage is the fastest route, but they can also work from stock, motion, screen recordings and design-led formats, or direct you on what to shoot on a phone.
will they follow our brand guidelines?
yes. if guidelines exist they work to them from week one. if they do not, we can build the basics as part of onboarding.
can they work uae hours?
yes — gulf standard time is the default, and we cover india and australia hours too if your team is spread.
is this the same as social media management?
no. this is production capacity. if you also want strategy, posting, community and paid managed, that is our retainer service instead — and the two combine.
can i add a second creator later?
yes, and most clients do once the first one proves out. adding capacity is a conversation rather than a new hiring round.
